- 2-3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- ½ tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. light sour cream
- 8-10 sourdough crackers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix everything but the cheese together in a bowl. Spread Creamy Jalapeño variety onto the stone-ground table crackers. Top with the bowl contents. Refrigerate unused portion… that is, if there's any left.
